Our best selling, 12 inch VAF300 exhaust blowers, built to provide maximum power where it is needed, are the ideal confined space exhaust fan for welding fume extractor, concrete cutting or demolition. Available in either 110 or 230V.

Miniveyor Air VAF-200

The best things sometimes come in small packages! The compact, yet rugged, VAF-200 8 inch ventilator weighs 7.5 kg (16½lbs) and can provide 1480 m³/hr (870 CFM). It’s an ideal fan for welding fume extraction or as a manhole ventilator.

Miniveyor Air VAF-400

When you need to move high volumes of air you need a blower that can deliver. The 16 inch VAF-400 packs a big punch, delivering a massive 7500 m³ per hour. Available in either 110V or 230V, the VAF400 weighs in at 20 kg (44 ibs)

VAF-300 portable ventilators are a great fume exhauster for welding fume extraction. It is extremely robust and portable, allowing the operator to carry it to the job. You can run up to 5 lengths of our flexible hose from a single fan. If you need longer you can add an additional fan as an inline booster. The boosters can be continued in any length required.

Flexible Hose
Current metal gauge portable ventilators will get dinged and banged around. So will our fans. There is one major difference. The metal fans do not absorb the dings and dents. The single layered, thin metal gauge walls will indent. This indent may, and usually does, obstruct the rotation of the fan blade.

Dual Wall Plastic Shell
The plastic shell will absorb the ordinary ding or bang experienced in the field, eliminating the above mentioned costly maintenance procedure. Better yet, because of the dual wall design, if any foreign object punctures the outer wall, the interior fan chamber is protected by the inner wall. The plastic shell makes the VAF-Series corrosion free.

Greater air volume is achieved with a wider duct diameter. Air movement and its performance in a confined space is the ultimate purpose of ventilation. The VAF-300 12 inch (300mm) duct diameter allows users to extend long duct lengths into hard to reach confined spaces.

Large Duct Diameter
The VAF-Series plastic vane axial fans are lighter than the competition. With a built-in, centrally located handle design, the potable ventilators can be carried to any job site. Compared to metal gauge portable ventilators, our high powered, low weight plastic ventilator is easily carried reducing chances of back injury.

Lightweight Design
Place ventilators on top of one another. Its cone shaped design allows VAF units to operate stacked, increasing the air volume movement in confined spaces.

Stackable
Centrifugal fans use shock resistant feet because centrifugal fans are built with the motor and the fan blade built off centre. VAF series fans are symmetrically built, creating a balanced air ventilator. This superior design and engineering does not require anti-vibration or shock absorbent feet. A non-vibrating ventilator can be placed on a sloping surface.
