When operating an evaporative cooler, an increase in humidity of approximately two to five percent is produced, depending on the
temperature and humidity of the environment. This increase is not noticeable in a well-ventilated areas, where the air produced by the cooler
is exhausted.

Evaporative cooling works best in dry hot climates as the cooling performance is influenced by the humidity levels. In essence, the lower the
humidity level, the greater the temperature reduction. Your VAF-COOL cooler can reduce temperatures by 2°C -12°C depending on the humidity

How to Choose your Evaporative Cooler
As a general rule, we suggest that you aim to change the air 1-2 times per minute when choosing the correct evaporative cooler.
To choose the size of an evaporative cooler you need to calculate the cubic metre size of the area you need to cool and divide it by 2 to calculate the square meters.
For example – Your workshop has a ceiling height of 3m and a floor area of 5m x 6m.
The area volume is 3 x 5 x 6 = 90m³ Divide this by 2 to give square meter area – 90 divide 2 = 45m²

When choosing a cooler for outdoor areas, then you cannot rely on this calculation, as there will be no set parameters in terms of area volume. For this type of application
you rely on the power of the fan to blow cool air in the direction where you need cooling so choose the highest airflow cooler your budget allows.
